PEEK (Polyetheretherketone) --The high temperature plastic with outstanding mechanical properties, insulation and self-lubricating.

PEEK is a strong and stiff thermoplastic material that is often used in applications where elevated temperatures are required.

Many of the process stage involved in semiconductor production require components made of highly purity in material, resistance to chemicals and good dimensional stability even at high temperatures. PEEK is good choice with outstanding chemical resistance as well as resistance to steam and hot water. PEEK is naturally abrasion resistant.
